Health / longevity: break up sitting, not just “exercise more”. A new Medicine study of 91,000+ people over ~12 years linked longer uninterrupted sedentary time with higher cancer mortality; replacing sitting with light movement was associated with lower risk (for workdays: 2–5 minute walk breaks, calls while walking, errands between deep-work blocks).
Vinod Khosla: “I don’t get stressed ever. I just don’t know what stress means. I just decide what’s the best thing I can do, do the best thing I can, then I can’t do anymore. Worrying about it going wrong doesn’t affect me.”
