Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Qorrum (“Qorrum”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Google data for advertising or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) service providers acting on our behalf to operate the service (hosting, storage, email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and (b) when required by law.

4. Data retention and deletion

You may permanently delete your Qorrum account at any time from your profile page (“Danger zone → Delete my account”). Deleting your account permanently removes your account record, your posts, your replies, your likes, and your follow connections from our database. Server logs and backups may retain residual data for a limited period before being overwritten.

5. Google user data

When you choose “Continue with Google,” we request only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. The data we receive (email, name, Google account ID) is used solely to create and authenticate your Qorrum account, and is deleted when you delete your account.

6. Children

Qorrum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
